Plumb knows your construction specifically: Cyprus dealer catalogues, 2026 Buzon pedestal prices, EN/ETAG/EOTA standards, Greek tender formats. ChatGPT will give you a world-average hallucination; Plumb returns a verified line item with a source and a dealer reference. And when something is unknown, it says "unknown" — it doesn't make it up.
What if prices have moved or the dealer isn't responding?
Plumb writes "to be confirmed with dealer" in the proposal rather than fitting a placeholder number. That rule is wired in at the pilot level: an explicit gap is better than false precision that costs you 20% of your margin three weeks later.
What's the pricing methodology?
Eurostat NACE F (construction labour-cost index) → Cyprus inflation coefficient → 30% contractor margin on a separate line → benchmark against dealer catalogues. Every line item is auditable; margin is explicit, not folded into unit prices.
